Biography:
As a Collegian: 2007: Jordan was a USILA second-team All-America midfielder and first-team All-America East Conference . He accounted for 23 goals and 16 assists and ranked seventh among the conference scoring leaders at 2.17 points per game. He had three goals against Syracuse, Drexel and Siena with two goals and three assists vs. Loyola in NCAA first round. Jordan also had a pair of goals against top-ranked Cornell in NCAA quarterfinals. He set program's Division I single-season record with 91 ground balls and was named to America East all-championship team after picking up a career-best 11 GBs in the semifinal and final. He had five or more GBs vs. 12 teams and won 23 of 47 draws in the circle. 2006: Was named first-team All-America East as a sophomore and was ranked eighth nationally in ground balls at 5.87 per game. He was fourth on the team in scoring with 14 goals and 13 assists and won 15 of 38 face-offs. He had a career-high four goals vs. No. 7 Massachusetts, including the game-winner with 18 seconds remaining. His season-high was 10 ground balls vs. Stony Brook on April 8, plus he had one goal and two assists. Three goals and two assists for a career-best five points vs. Binghamton on April 29 and six or more ground balls against nine opponents. 2005: Jordan was a member of America East Conference All-Rookie Team and led the league in ground balls (4.38 pg) . His season-high was seven GBs against Quinnipiac and he added seven goals and seven assists. He had two goals against Hartford and one goal and one assist vs. Syracuse. He also took 56 face-offs. Personal: Graduated with a degree in history with a minor in English. He was two-time All-Nassau County selection and led Bethpage High to a 16-2 record as one of the state's top Class B teams. Jordan was also senior captain and earned all-county recognition in football and basketball as well as playing on two Long Island football championship squads. |
